The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at the meeting held on 30 September 2024, was informed about: The Monthly Report of the Governor/Executive Board; The Summary Report from the Audit Committee meeting held on 11 September 2024; The Central Bank's Risk Appetite Statement; The activities in function of implementation of IFRS 17 and Solvency 2 in the insurance sector; The activities in function of implementation of the bank evaluation methodology (SREP).

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in the meeting held on 29th of August 2024, rendered the following decisions: Decision on the approval of CBK’s financial statements for the second quarter of 2024. Decision on the adoption of the Regulation for amending and supplementing the Regulation on External Auditors of MFIs; Decision on approval of the Regulation for amending and supplementing the Regulation on External Auditors of NBFIs; Decision on approval of the Regulation on the Registry of Account Holders. Also, the Board of the Central Bank was informed about: Monthly report of the Governor/Executive Board; Summary Report from the meeting of the Committee for Governance, Ethics, and Human Resources, held on 22nd of July 2024.

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at its meeting held on June 26, 2024, issued the following decisions: • Decision on the approval of the Annual Financial Statements of the Central Bank for 2023; • Decision on the approval of the Annual Report of the Central Bank for 2023; • Decision on the approval of the Allocation of Distributable Earnings of the CBK; • Decision on the approval of the Financial Statements for the first quarter of 2024; • Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism; • Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Information Accompanying Fund Transfers.
