Decisions of the CBK Board on 23 December 2025

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at the meeting held on 23 December 2025, issued the following decisions:

· Decision on the approval of the Budget of the Central Bank for 2026;

· Decision on the approval of the Annual Plan of the Central Bank Board for 2026;

· Decision on the approval the Internal Audit Annual Plan for 2026;

· Decision on the approval the CBK Financial Statements for the third quarter of 2025;

· Decision on the approval the Regulation on Amending and Supplementing the Regulation on Licensing of Banks and Branches of Foreign Banks;

· Decision on the approval the Regulation on the Register of Accounts.

Additionally, the Board of the Central Bank was informed of:

· The Monthly Report of the Governor/Executive Board;

· The summary report from the meeting of the Audit Committee;

· The Internal Audit Strategic Plan 2026–2028;

· The internal assessment report of the Internal Audit function;

· The report on the planning and implementation of Internal Audit activities (January-November 2025);

· The summary report from the meeting of the Governance, Ethics and Human Resources Committee;

· The Plan of the Governance, Ethics and Human Resources Committee for 2026.
