CBK Board Decisions on November 25, 2025

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at its meeting held on November 25, 2025, made the following decisions:

· Decision on approval of the Regulation on Accounts and Services to Clients of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo;

· Decision on approval of the Regulation on Amending and Supplementing the Regulation on the Process of Handling Complaints by Financial Institutions;

· Decision on the Approval of the Regulation on Access of Non-Bank Payment Service Providers to Payment Systems.

· Decision on approval of the Regulation on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism;

· Decision on approval of the Regulation on information that must accompany transfers of funds and crypto-assets;

· Decision on budgetary harmonization.

Additionally, the Board of the Central Bank was notified of:

· Monthly Report of the Governor/Executive Board;

· Summary report from the Audit Committee meeting;

· Annual Plan 2026 of the Audit Committee;

· Report on Internal Audit activities for the period January-September 2025;

· Information report on the amendment/supplement to the Budget Policy and the drafting of the Rule on Budget Planning, Commitment, and Control.

· Process of drafting the Budget for 2026;

· Process of selecting the Head of Internal Audit.
