Nora Latifi Jashari

Nora Latifi Jashari is a non-executive Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK). Through an open application process, she was shortlisted and voted by the Assembly of Kosovo, followed by the President’s decree in December 2021.

She is a well-experienced professional with more than sixteen years of significant experience in civil society in Kosovo by also leading for five years GAP Institute, an influential economic think-tank organization in Kosovo. Through the Fulbright program, she earned an MA in Economics from Northern Illinois University, USA.

Beyond her formal roles, she actively contributes to several educational boards in Prishtina. With the aim to strengthen educational exchange between Kosovo and USA, she serves as a Board Member of the United States-Kosovo Educational Exchange Board (USKEB) and served for four years as a Board Member of the Kosovo United States Alumni (KUSA).
