The CBK delegation met with the heads of the Legal Department of the International Monetary Fund

A delegation of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK), headed by the Governor Mr. Ahmet Ismaili met with the heads of the Legal Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), consisting of Mrs. Grochalska, Mr. Dumitrescu and Mr. Messineo.

The CBK representatives during this meeting discussed the legislative and regulatory initiatives arising from the IMF recommendations, with the aim of harmonizing the legislation in accordance with the best international practices and standards.

Within the framework of the annual meetings, the CBK delegation had bilateral meetings with the heads of the relevant departments of the IMF and the World Bank in view of cooperation in specific areas according to recommendations and technical assistance.
