The CBK delegation holds a meeting with the General Director for Financial Stability and Operations of the Bank of France, Mrs. Assouan

The delegation of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK), headed by the Governor Mr. Ahmet Ismaili with his associates met with the General Director of Financial Stability and Operations of the Bank of France, Mrs. Emmanuelle Assouan, also Head of the Climate Change Centre.

The CBK representatives during this meeting discussed on the country’s financial system developments, the management of reserves and money market operations. Also, the possibility of increasing cooperation in specific reserve and liquidity management instruments, including investments in stable finance portfolios, was discussed.

The parties agreed to continue the cooperation between the CBK and the Bank of France and expand it in areas of mutual interest and impact.

As part of the official visit to Washington D.C., the CBK delegation will continue with bilateral meetings with partner central banks.
