Decisions of the CBK Board on June 26, 2024

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at its meeting held on June 26, 2024, issued the following decisions:

• Decision on the approval of the Annual Financial Statements of the Central Bank for 2023;
• Decision on the approval of the Annual Report of the Central Bank for 2023;
• Decision on the approval of the Allocation of Distributable Earnings of the CBK;
• Decision on the approval of the Financial Statements for the first quarter of 2024;
• Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism;
• Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Information Accompanying Fund Transfers.
Also, the Board of the Central Bank was notified of:
• Monthly Report of the Governor/Executive Board;
• Summary Report from the meeting of the Audit Committee, held on June 6, 2024;
• Informative Report on the Status of Fulfillment of IMF Recommendations.
