CBK Board Decisions on November 25, 2024

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at its meeting held on November 25, 2024, issued the following decisions:
• Decision on the approval of the CBK Financial Statements for Q3 2024;
• Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Directors and Senior Managers of Banks;
• Decision on the approval of the revised Organizational Structure of the Central Bank.

Also, the Central Bank Board was notified of:
• Monthly Report of the Governor/Executive Board;
• Summary reports from the meetings of the Governance, Ethics and Human Resources Committee, held on 21 October and 18 November 2024;
• Summary Report from the meeting of the Audit Committee, held on 29 October 2024;
• Report on Internal Audit activities for the period January-September 2024;
• Annual Plan of the Audit Committee for 2025
