The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, according to the publication calendar, presents the statistics of the Balance Sheet, CBK Statement and Reserve Assets for August 2025.

CBK assets at the end of August 2025 reached the value of 1.98 billion euros, marking an increase of 119.03 million euros compared to July 2025. This increase was mainly as a result of the increase in deposits of the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo (Treasury Account), commercial banks, the Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) and Pension Funds.

Of total assets, the value of investments in deposits and securities abroad as of 31 August 2025 was 1.46 billion euros. Compared to the previous month, CBK investments abroad in the form of deposits and securities increased by 72.09 million euros, of which investments in deposits increased by 62.22 million euros and investments in securities increased by 9.87 million euros.

Deposits in the CBK as of 31 August 2025 were 1.69 billion euros, marking an increase of 118.73 million euros compared to the previous period. Of these, 682.02 million euros are from the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo, 671.56 million euros from commercial banks, 188.62 million euros from the PAK and 152.28 million euros from other sources.

The capital of the CBK as of 31 August 2025 was 120.97 million euros.

International Reserve Assets at the end of August reached the value of 1.56 billion euros, an increase of 102.35 million euros compared to the previous month. This was mainly due to the increase in deposits by 97.30 million euros and the increase in investments in securities by 8.04 million euros.
