Publication of financial statistics for other financial institutions (non-banks) for the month of November 2025

The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, according to the publication calendar, presents statistics on other financial institutions (non-banks) for the month of November 2025.

Other financial intermediaries

The assets of other financial intermediaries at the end of November 2025 reached the value of EUR 743.93 million, marking an increase of EUR 16.37 million or 2.25% compared to the previous month.

Gross loans of other financial intermediaries for this month reached the value of EUR 542.34 million, which represents an increase of EUR 7.48 million compared to the previous period. By sectors, loans to households dominate with 58.74% in total loans of other financial intermediaries.

The value of new loans of other financial intermediaries in November 2025 was EUR 54.71 million.

Insurance companies

The assets of insurance companies at the end of November 2025 reached the value of EUR 356.12 million and are almost at the same level as the previous month. The asset structure of the insurance sector consists of the balance sheet with commercial banks, which accounts for 48.78%, securities and other assets 25.87% and reinsurance with a participation of 14.38%.

Pension funds

Assets of pension funds at the end of November 2025 reached a value of EUR 3.72 billion. The asset structure of the pension sector is dominated by shares and equity securities, which account for 80.34% of total assets.
