President Osmani decreed Mr. Ahmet Ismaili in the post of governor of the Central Bank of Kosovo

The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, after the decision of the Assembly of Kosovo, decreed the new governor of the Central Bank, Mr. Ahmet Ismaili.

The decree was made pursuant to Article 84, points (4, 27) of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 6 of Law No. 03/L-094 on the President of the Republic of Kosovo (OG, No. 47, 25 January 2009), Article 38 (1, 2) of Law No. 03/L-209 on the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (OG, No. 77, 16 August 2010), as well as in accordance with the proposal of the Commission for Budgets, Labour and Transfers and after the decision of the Assembly of Kosovo, in the session held on 13.07.2023.
