The Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, Fehmi Mehmeti, congratulated all citizens on the Day of Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

In his congratulatory message, Governor Mehmeti said that the highest legal act of the country, adopted 13 years ago, has sealed the independence of Kosovo and enabled the consolidation of the state as well as the creation of values for an equal society for all citizens in the country.

Governor Mehmeti further said that the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, defined as an independent institution by the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, will continue to work in order to provide the country with a stable financial system that serves the stability and development of the country’s economy.
