The Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Fehmi Mehmeti met with the Minister of Justice, Mr. Selim Selimi and the General State Attorney, Mr.Sami Istrefi.

In this meeting, Governor Mehmeti expressed the interest of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo regarding the arbitration process related to the case of IuteCredit against the state of Kosovo.

Also, Governor Mehmeti expressed interest in selecting the legal representative as soon as possible, in order to ensure the best possible progress of this process.

Governor Mehmeti assured Minister Selimi of the readiness and unreserved support of the CBK, in order to successfully complete this process.

On the other hand, the Minister of Justice assured that all necessary legal steps have been taken on this issue.

Minister Selimi said that this Ministry together with the State Attorney have requested that a decision be made on the procedures as soon as possible so that the legal deadlines of the Tribunal do not punish us.
