The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK) announces a competition for students in grades VI-IX of primary schools in Kosovo, to create drawings and artwork on one of the following topics:

  • The importance of savings for the future
  • How to manage our budget
  • Money and technology – How is the way we use money changing?
  • Financial education – The key to a more secure future

Purpose of the competition

This competition aims to motivate students to express their creativity by reflecting on the importance of savings, smart money management and financial education. Through drawings and artwork, participants will help spread messages to better understand the financial world.

Evaluation and Awards

The artistic works will be evaluated by a special committee, which will select the 3 best works.

The 10 best works will be awarded with 100 € each.

Admission Rules and Evaluation Criteria

  1. The work can be individual or group work.
  2. Students can create hand drawings or other artistic works (e.g. collages, projects, anime, paintings) related to the competition themes.
  3. The work must be original and clearly convey the chosen message.
  4. The works must be creative and clearly reflect the chosen theme.
  5. Each work must contain complete information about the participant:
  6. Student’s first and last name
  7. School name and grade
  8. Parent/guardian’s phone number
  9. Email (if available))

The deadline for submission is March 5, 2025.

The winning works will become the property of the CBK and will be used for educational purposes.

After the evaluation process is complete, only the winning students will be contacted.

The winners will be announced during International Money Week 2025.
