All the parties interested in establishing an Insurer must initially apply for license from the CBK to exercise the insurance activity. Those interested must initially read Insurers’ Licensing Manual and the Frequently Asked Questions for Insurance Licencing, then directly contact the Department for Licensing and Standardization at the CBK to set up an informational meeting, which is mandatory prior to the application process.
