Decisions of the CBK Board on 28 Aprill 2026

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at its meeting held on 28 April 2026, adopted the following decision:

· Decision approving the Regulation on the Complaint Handling Process by Financial Institutions.

The Board of the Central Bank was also informed of:

· Monthly Report of the Governor/Executive Board; and

· Summary Report from the meeting of the Audit Committee.
