The Governor of the Bank of Albania, Mr Gent Sejko, visited the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo

The Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK), Mr. Ahmet Ismaili, welcomed in an official meeting the Governor of the Bank of Albania (BoA), Mr. Gent Sejko.

Governor Sejko in his visit to the CBK, personally congratulated Governor Ismaili on his position, and offered him his cooperation and support.

Governor Ismaili thanked Governor Sejko for the ongoing cooperation provided by the Bank of Albania to the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo.

During the meeting, the possibilities for further cooperation between the CBK and BoA in the financial sector, including joint activities in financial education and regional cooperation, were also discussed.

Furthermore, during this meeting it was concluded that the cooperation between the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo and the Bank of Albania will be expanded further, with the aim of creating best practices between the two countries, with benefits for both the financial systems and economies of the two countries.
