Pursuant to Law no. 03/L-209 on the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo and on the criteria set out in the vacancy announcement for a non-executive member of the CBK Board, the Panel for selection of candidates for the above position has determined the list of candidates (alphabetical order) as follows: 1. Arben Mustafa, 2. Avni Sahiti, 3. Bedri Peci, 4. Mimoza Mustafa, 5. Valdrin Kasumaj, 6. Veton Zeqiraj. Upon completion of the procedural actions foreseen by the applicable legal acts regarding the above-mentioned candidates, the proposal (list of candidates) will be processed according to the law on CBK.

Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in the meeting held on 26 December 2019, took the following decisions: · Decision on approval of the Annual Internal Audit Plan for 2020; · Decision on approval of the Regulation on Electronic Payment Instruments; Also, the Board of the Central Bank of Kosovo was informed of the Nine-month Report of Internal Audit, Capital Information Report, Solvency and Assets Covering Technical Provisions for Non-Life Insurers and Monthly Report of the Governor/Executive Board.

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, on the meeting held on November 29, 2019, made the following decision: Decision on the adoption of the Regulation on the Procedures for Imposing Administrative Penalties; Decision on the adoption of the Regulation on Issuance of electronic money; Decision on Adoption of the Regulation on Agents and Subcontracting of Payment Service Provider Activities; Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Registration of Non-Bank Financial Institutions; Decision on the Adoption of the Regulation on Regulatory Capital and Maintenance of Client Funds of Non-Bank Financial Institutions; Decision on Approval of CBK Financial Statements for Q3 2019; Decision on the use of the new CBK Logo. Also, the Central Bank Board was informed of the Governor's / Executive Board's monthly report.

Also, The Central Bank Board was also informed of the Governor / Executive Board Monthly Report and was briefed on the activities of the CBK Delegation while attending the annual meetings (autumn session) of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank held in Washington - USA.
