The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in the meeting held on April 30, 2020, took the following decisions: Decision on approval of the Regulation on Licensing of Banks and Branches of Foreign Banks; Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the Registration of Non-Banking Financial Institutions; Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Licensing of Insurers and Branches of Foreign Insurers; Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Lending within day and one-day; Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Licensing of Insurance Intermediaries. ; Decision on the approval of the Financial Statements of the CBK for the first quarter of 2020. Also, the Board of the Central Bank was notified of the Annual Internal Audit Report for 2019 and the Monthly Report of the Governor / Executive Board.

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at its meeting held on 26 March 2020, issued the following decisions: Decision on the adoption of the Regulation on Reporting of Banks to the CBK; Decision on the adoption of the Regulation on Information Technology for Banks. Also, the Board of the Central Bank of Kosovo was briefed on the monthly report of Governor/Executive Board.

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at its meeting held on February 28, 2020, made the following decision: • Decision on the Adoption of the Regulation on Fines for Insurers, Insurance Intermediaries and Insurance Claims Handlers. The Central Bank Board was also informed of the Governor's / Executive Board's Monthly Report and the CBK Audit Committee's Annual Report for 2019.

The Board of the Central Bank was also informed of the Governor/Executive Board monthly report.
