Based on Law no. 03 / L-209 on the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo and based on the criteria set out in the competition for filling 1 (one) position for a non-executive member of the Central Bank Board, the Panel for the selection of candidates for the position as above has sent to The Assembly of Kosovo and the Government, the list of candidates (alphabetical order) as follows: 1. Arta Hoxha, 2. Esida Bujupi, 3. Lulzim Ismajli, 4. Nexhat Kryeziu, 5. Nora Rraci.

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in its meeting held on March 25, 2022, took the following decisions: Decision on the appointment of Mrs. Edona Perjuci Uka, member (external expert) of the Central Bank Audit Committee; Decision on the approval of the Annual Internal Audit Plan for 2022; Also, the Central Bank Board was informed about: Monthly report of the Governor / Executive Board; Summary report from the audit Committee meeting; Annual Internal Audit Report for 2021; Governor's information on the current state of the financial sector.

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in its meeting held on February 28, 2022, took the following decision: Decision on the appointment of two (2) members of the Audit Committee from among the non-executive members of the Central Bank Board. Also, the Central Bank Board was informed of the Governor / Executive Board's Monthly Report.

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in its meeting held on January 27, 2022, took the following decisions: • Decision on approval of the Regulation on Electronic Payment Instruments; • Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Transfers and Transfer Payments of Pension Assets; • Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the Designating Pension Beneficiaries; • Decision on the appointment of the panel for the selection of 1 (one) member (external expert) of the CBK Audit Committee; • Decision on the appointment of the panel for the selection of 1 (one) non-executive member of the CBK Board; Also, the Central Bank Board was informed of the monthly report of the Governor/ Executive Board.

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in its meeting held on December 20, 2021, took the following decisions: Decision on the approval of the Annual Budget of the CBK for 2022; Decision on the approval of the CBK Financial Statements for the third quarter of 2021. The Central Bank Board was also briefed on the Governor / Executive Board's Monthly Report.
