According to the publication calendar, the CBK published the balance sheet, the financial statement of the CBK and reserve assets for April 2024

Assets of the CBK – at the end of April 2024 have reached the value of 1.64 billion euros, representing an increase of 105.84 million euros compared to the previous month, mainly as a result of the increase in term deposits of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, pension funds, non-financial public corporations, the Deposit Insurance Fund and deposits of the Kosovo Privatization Agency. Meanwhile, the transferable deposits of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo as well as the deposits of commercial banks have decreased.

Of the total assets, the value of investments in deposits and securities abroad until 30 April, 2024, was 1.58 billion euros compared to the previous month, representing an increase of 108.93 million euros. Of these, investments in deposits increased by 114.69 million euros, while investments in securities decreased by 5.76 million euros.

Deposits in the CBK – until 30 April, 2024 they were 1.36 billion euros, of which 523.33 million euros were from the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, 508.91 million euros from commercial banks, 169.75 million euros from the Kosovo Privatization Agency and 161.17 million euros from others.

Capital of the CBK – until April 30, 2024 it was 109.95 million euros.

International reserve assets – at the end of April 2024 they marked the value of 1.24 billion euros, representing an increase of 81.68 million euros compared to the previous month. This increase was mainly contributed by the increase in deposits by 96.79 million euros, while investments in securities decreased by 15.90 million euros.
