The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at the meeting held on 24 January 2024, took the following decisions:

• Decision on the approval of the Statute of the Audit Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo;
• Decision on the approval of the Statute of the Internal Audit of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo;
• Decision on the appointment of Mr Milot Cakaj as Deputy Governor for Financial Supervision of the Central Bank;
• Decision on the appointment of Mrs Nesrin Shileku Shala as Deputy Governor for General Functions of the Central Bank.

The Board of the Central Bank was informed of the:

• Monthly Report of the Governor/Executive Board;
• Summary report from the meeting of the Audit Committee;
