Pursuant to the decisions of the CBK Board and of CBK Executive Board and in agreement with the Kosovo Banking Association, while considering the situation created in the country as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, borrowers who are unable to pay loan instalment may choose not to pay their instalment from 16 March 2020 until 30 April 2020. 

Any borrower who is unable to pay the instalment in the above period shall make a request to the lender of this via email or telephone, and such requests will be approved. 

Unpaid instalments will be subject to repayment after this situation ends, which means that the loan maturity date will also be extended by one month!

We encourage all borrowers to use this right rationally since the efficient functioning of the financial system is vital and essential in the circumstances our country is going through.
