The Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr.Fehmi Mehmeti, and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Flamur Mrasori, are attending the 30th session of the Crans Montana Forum, which is being held in Geneva, Switzerland.

Collaboration between different countries of the world in many areas, including financial ones, will be the main topics of discussions in this forum.

At the margins of this forum, Chairman of the Central Bank Board, Mr. Flamur Mrasori, was part of one of the central panel headed by UN Under-Secretary-General, Mr. Philipe Douste-Blazy, where the topic of discussion was financial co-operation with the aim of raising of additional funds to help countries develop through “innovative” projects such as micro- contributions, taxes, public-private partnerships and market-based financial transactions.

On this occasion, Mr. Mrasori presented to the participants the achievements of the country’s financial sector, with particular emphasis on its role on the country’s economic development, and also mentioned the real possibilities that the country’s economy offers to foreign investors.

This 2019 Crans Montana Forum’s Initiative aims to work on the improvement of the MED-EUROPEAN and the World Cooperation and gather Government Officials of these countries together with Business decision makers and international stakeholders.
