Protection of personal data

CBK collects and processes personal data in fulfillment of its functions, which are defined by the Law on the Central Bank. This process includes the collection of information necessary for the performance of its duties and responsibilities, to ensure an efficient and clear management. The protection of personal data is guaranteed and carried out in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 06/L -082 for Personal Data Protection. This law ensures that collected data is handled with care and protected from unauthorized use, respecting the rights of individuals and guaranteeing transparency and security at every step of the data processing process.
