CBK Board decisions – 30 April 2020

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in the meeting held on April 30, 2020, took the following decisions:

• Decision on approval of the Regulation on Licensing of Banks and Branches of Foreign Banks;
•  Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the Registration of Non-Banking Financial  Institutions;
• Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Licensing of Insurers and Branches of Foreign Insurers;
• Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Lending within day and one-day;
• Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Licensing of Insurance Intermediaries. ;
• Decision on the approval of the Financial Statements of the CBK for the first quarter of 2020.

Also, the Board of the Central Bank was notified of the Annual Internal Audit Report for 2019 and the Monthly Report of the Governor / Executive Board.
