In order to increase cooperation between the two institutions, Governor Mehmeti met with the Ombudsperson Mr. Hilmi Jashari. In this meeting, were discussed developments and activities within the legal mandates of the two institutions . 

In particular, the current developments in the financial sector were discussed. Governor Mehmeti assured the Ombudsperson that the financial sector continues to be very stable and will support the economic development of Kosovo. 

On the other hand  the Ombudsperson Mr. Hilmi Jashari praised the work of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo and expressed the readiness to increase cooperation between the two institutions.
