Governor Ismaili met with the deans of economic faculties, they discussed on the cooperation of the CBK and academic institutions

The Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, Ahmet Ismaili, together with the Deputy Governor Dardan Fusha, met with the deans of the faculties of economics, whereby they discussed regarding inter-institutional cooperation in many fields, including research and scientific conferences.

During the meeting, the readiness to include in consultations for legislation, working groups, surveys, lectures for students by the CBK staff, according to a plan in specific subjects, up to the possibility of a joint local magazine with the participation of all researchers.

Also, in this meeting, the increase of cooperation in terms of financial education, data and publications, as well as the CBK initiatives that have an impact on society, where the contribution of the academy is important, were also discussed.

During the meeting the need to appoint liaison officers and to formalize such a cooperation agreement was emphasized.

We would like to remind the public that the CBK has a financial education program, which also focuses on education at the primary and secondary level based on an agreement with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, which will be further expanded for the public interest.
