The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, at the meeting held on 30 May 2019, made the following decisions:

- Approval of CBK Annual Report 2018;

- Approval of CBK Financial Statements for 2018;

- Approval of the CBK Financial Statements for the I-st quarter of 2019;

- Approval of the Regulation on Calculation of the minimum solvency margins, Capital Adequacy and Guarantee Fund for Non-life Insurers

The Central Bank Board was briefed with the Governor's / Executive Board's Report, Internal Audit Report-Quarter January-March 2019, and was informed as well about the activities of the CBK Delegation during attendance at spring meetings of International Monetary Fund and World Bank that were held in Washington.
