The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, on the meeting held on 29^th of August 2019, made following decision:

Approval of the Regulation on Corporate Governance of Banks;
Approval of the Regulation on Transactions to Bank-Related Persons and Bank Employees;
Approval of the Regulation on Late Payments for Credit Instruments.

Also, the Central Bank Board was informed of the monthly report of the Governor/ Executive Board.
