The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, on the meeting held on November 29, 2019, made the following decision:

• Decision on the adoption of the Regulation on the Procedures for Imposing Administrative Penalties;
• Decision on the adoption of the Regulation on Issuance of electronic money;
• Decision on Adoption of the Regulation on Agents and Subcontracting of Payment Service Provider Activities;
• Decision on the approval of the Regulation on Registration of Non-Bank Financial Institutions;
•  Decision on the Adoption of the Regulation on Regulatory Capital and Maintenance of Client Funds of Non-Bank Financial Institutions;
• Decision on Approval of CBK Financial Statements for Q3 2019;
• Decision on the use of the new CBK Logo.

Also, the Central Bank Board was informed of the Governor's / Executive Board's monthly report.
