The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the Office of the Language Commissioner have awarded the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo the award “Best Practice in Implementing the Law on the Use of Languages” for 2020.

On this occasion, the Deputy Governor of the CBK, Sokol Havolli, thanked the two institutions for this evaluation which reflects the commitment of the CBK to inform the public in all official languages about the economy in general.

Deputy Governor Havolli said that the CBK prepares, from the beginning, all publications in Albanian, Serbian and English for external parties and that this award is a recognition of the commitment of all CBK staff in adhering to the Law on languages.
