In the  Credit Registry of Kosovo (CRK) as a data subject will appear every natural person or legal entity that undertakes a credit obligation. With a credit obligation is meant borrowing,  credit card, guarantee, leasing or any other product of credit nature.  Apart from the borrower role, data subject may appear as co-borrower,  guarantor or even as a shareholder and director of a legal entity to whom a credit obligation was approved.

All borrowers preserve the right for data privacy in accordance with the law on protection of personal data.

Credit providing institutions are  obliged to obtain the data subject permission for access in credit reports and for sending credit information to the Credit Registry.
