The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in the meeting held on 29^th of August 2024, rendered the following decisions:

• Decision on the approval of CBK’s financial statements for the second quarter of 2024.
• Decision on the adoption of the Regulation for amending and supplementing the Regulation on External Auditors of MFIs;
• Decision on approval of the Regulation for amending and supplementing the Regulation on External Auditors of NBFIs;
• Decision on approval of the Regulation on the Registry of Account Holders.

Also, the Board of the Central Bank was informed about:

• Monthly report of the Governor/Executive Board;
• Summary Report from the meeting of the Committee for Governance, Ethics, and Human Resources, held on 22^nd of July 2024.
