Within the activity of Financial Education, students of the Economic High School “Hasan Prishtina” of Mitrovica, who were participants of the quiz on financial knowledge, visited the Central Bank of Kosovo.

Initially, the students were welcomed by the Governor of the Central Bank, Mr. Bedri Hamza, who thanked them for their visit, by which occasion he held a speech for them by advising them about money management, the importance of a proper education, and the importance of commitment to work. Governor Hamza also congratulated the students for knowledge shown during the quiz held under the framework of the Global Money Week and also delivered certificates for participants in this activity. Governor Hamza also thanked the teachers of the school for their cooperation and contribution in this activity.

Visiting the CBK, the students were welcomed by other officials of the Central Bank of Kosovo, which presented to them the functions of the various departments at the CBK. They had the opportunity to closely see the work of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo.
At the end of the visit, the students were encouraged that also in the future to be engaged in activities that will take place within the youth financial education program.
