UBT College students are introduced to the CBK’s work

A group of third year students of UBT College was closely informed about the CBK’s work and the latest developments in the sectors covered by this institution.

The lecture was organized within the activities of Financial Education, where Nexhat Miftari, Chief of Governor’s Cabinet delivered a lecture before them.

During this presentation, the students had the opportunity to get familiar with the CBK’s functions, role and importance in the country’s economy, the structure of the financial sector, the functioning of the CBK departments and many other relevant details.

Professor Florin Aliu, thanked the CBK for its willingness to provide information to all students.

The students discussed with the CBK officials about various economic and financial issues, about the functioning of the payment system, the functioning of financial supervision, asset management, securities and other activities being organized by the CBK. Students were also informed to apply with their papers for the award for young economists, as well as in the internship program at the CBK
