Pupils of the Elementary School “Ismail Qemali”, learned on the importance of the Financial Education
With the aim at expanding the educational financial knowledge, the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in the framework of the Financial Education Program has organized a lecture for the pupils of the Elementary School “Ismail Qemali” in Prishtina.
The pupils were informed about the functions and the role of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, about the financial sector, the history of money, money value, savings and many other topics in the field of economy.
Through discussions and various examples, CBK officials taught the pupils on how to create the necessary skills for proper money management and use.
Through the Financial Education Program, the CBK intends to influence in building of a culture of proper money management even from the early age.
