On March 20, 2008, TEB Sh.A. organized an opening ceremony regarding the official launch of its activities in Kosovo. On this occasion, Mr. Alp Yilmaz, Managing Director of TEB Sh.A. and Mr. Patrick René Pitton, Chairman of the Board opened the ceremony and respectively made a speech.

During this event, Mr. Svetchine, Managing Director of the Central Banking Authority of Kosovo pointed out that “these openings show that Kosovo financial sector is an attractive one. They also show that Kosovo’s entrepreneurs and households could benefit from adequate financial services. In that regard, the opening of TEB in Pristina is a new step in Kosovo’s integration within the Balkan area and the region. As you know, TEB is a joint company between a successful Group from Turkey and a large French Bank”. To conclude, Mr. Svetchine wished all the best to TEB Sh. A in Kosovo and congratulated the Group and the shareholders for this initiative.
