Apart from the signed Memorandum of Understanding with the Turkish Banking and Regulation Supervision Agency (BRSA) on the date of May 12 2008 a Memorandum of Understanding was also signed with the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (CFSSA).

Through the signing of this MoU parties have achieved an agreement for efficient supervision of Insurance and Pension Funds. Such supervision will be achieved through the exchange of different information, regulation of the manner of inspection of insurance and pension funds, facilitation and support of the signing parties during inspections and supervision as well as different forms of assistance. Furthermore, parties in a mutual manner will inform regarding every eventual change in regulation and policies of inter-borderline relevant financial institutions.
This MoU was signed by Mr. Ante Samodol, Board Chairman of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency and Mr. Hashim Rexhepi, Managing Director of the Central Banking Authority of Kosovo.

The signing of the Memorandum in word is a continuity of the collaboration on behalf of CBAK with Croatian financial institution authorities. The Memorandum of Understanding with the Croatian Insurance Bureau was also finalized earlier.
