No. 20, dated December 24, 2009
Based on the law implementation No.03 / L-074, dated 05 June 2008 on the "Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo", the CBK Governing in its 20th meeting approved the following decisions:

• Approval of the CBK budget for 2010
• Licensing of  ANSIIA as insurance intermediary/claim adjuster
• Licensing of “ENB Consulting GmbH” – Insurance Intermediary
• Registration of exchange office “Sara”
• Order for certification of insurance companies’ technical reserves
• Recommendation for proceeding of the CBK Draft Law

These decisions shall enter into force on December 25, 2009
