On the occasion of 1 June \u2013 International Children\u2019s Day, the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo organized an educational activity with third-grade students from the \u201cMileniumi i Tret\u00eb\u201d Primary School in Prishtina, as part of its continuous commitment to promoting financial education among children and youth. \n \n<\/p>\n\n

During the visit to the premises of the CBK, the students were introduced to the key functions of the institution, the role of the central Bank in maintaining financial stability, and the importance of financial education from an early age in developing responsible financial habits. \n \n<\/p>\n\n

The activity was conducted in an interactive format adapted to the students\u2019 age, combining discussion, questions and educational games with themes from personal finance. Through practical activities and simple simulations, the students had the opportunity to discuss ways of managing a personal budget, the importance of saving, and the distinction between needs and wants in everyday life, as well as the importance of the value of money. \n \n<\/p>\n\n

Through active participation, the students shared their thoughts and ideas on the use of money, their savings goals, expenditure planning, and the value of saving, making the activity a space for learning and discussion. \n \n<\/p>\n\n
