The visit was organized within the framework of institutional cooperation and aimed at exchanging experiences and strengthening institutional capacities, with a particular focus on financial literacy, communication, and protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the visit, CBK officials held working meetings with experts from the Bank of France and were introduced to France\u2019s National Financial Literacy Strategy (EDUCFI), as well as the structure and mission of the Financial Literacy Directorate. The visit program included professional presentations dedicated to financial literacy for young people and school pupils, students and teachers, vulnerable groups, entrepreneurs, and businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bqk-bankafrances_02-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12096\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bqk-bankafrances_02-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bqk-bankafrances_02-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bqk-bankafrances_02-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bqk-bankafrances_02-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bqk-bankafrances_02.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special attention was given to digital educational platforms and the use of innovative communication tools, including educational videos, interactive games, and audience-tailored materials. The visit also showcased successful practices and programs for training and informing the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the framework of the visit, various important topics were addressed, such as personal budgeting, prevention of fraud and financial schemes, financial literacy for vulnerable groups, the role of the Bank of France\u2019s regional branches in implementing the financial literacy strategy, as well as protocol and the organization of official events. These meetings and professional discussions were held with the aim of identifying best practices that can be adapted to the context of the Republic of Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visit program also included a tour of the Bank of France Museum, the Cit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9conomie (Cit\u00e9co), where the Bank of France\u2019s approach to economic and financial literacy for the public was presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo considers this visit to be of great importance for institutional development and for expanding financial literacy initiatives in Kosovo, in line with European standards and best practices.
