{"id":10663,"date":"2021-10-29T08:45:00","date_gmt":"2021-10-29T08:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/activities\/competition-competition-for-essay-2\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T09:02:41","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T09:02:41","slug":"competition-competition-for-essay-2","status":"publish","type":"activities","link":"https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/activities\/competition-competition-for-essay-2\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"COMPETITION \u2013 \u201cCompetition for essay\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"934\" height=\"702\" src=\"https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/konkurs_ese.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10656\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/konkurs_ese.png 934w, https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/konkurs_ese-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/bqk-kos.org\/edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/konkurs_ese-768x577.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 934px) 100vw, 934px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, in the framework of financial education and in order to mark the\u00a0<strong>World Savings Day<\/strong>, invites students of grades six, seven, eight and nine of primary schools in Kosovo, to participate in the competition for the Best Essay for savings.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The topic is: \u201cThe importance of my savings\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Competition criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The essay must have a maximum of 1,500 words;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The essay should elaborate on the importance of saving for the future, show your view on the role and importance of savings, any personal story about savings, ways of saving money now versus the classic ways of saving, the attitude of young people regarding the needs for financial education, as well as the desires \/ goals that you try to achieve through your savings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The essay should be original, creative, motivating and not copied or translated;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The essay must be in Albanian language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can only send your works by e-mail to the e-mail address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:edukimifinanciar@env2.bqk-kos.org\">edukimi@env2.bqk-kos.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject should be:\u00a0<strong>\u201cCompetition for essay\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do no forget to enter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Name and surname;<br\/><br\/>\u2013 Name of the school (class \/ year \/ municipality \/ village \/ city);<br\/><br\/>\u2013 Name and surname of the parent \/ guardian as well as residential address;<br\/><br\/>\u2013 Contact number of parent \/ guardian \/ teacher \/ professor.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deadline for submission of works is\u00a0<strong>30 November 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I-st price \u2013 200 euros,<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">II-nd price -150 euros,<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">III-rd price -120 euros, while<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IV-th price \u2013 100 euros.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The works selected as winning works will be owned by the CBK and will be used as educational material.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The 4 best works will be rewarded as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I-st price \u2013 200 euros,<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">II-nd price -150 euros,<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">III-rd price -120 euros, while<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IV-th price \u2013 100 euros.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The works selected as winning works will be owned by the CBK and will be used as educational material.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those interested in additional information, can refer to the official website of the CBK\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.env2.bqk-kos.org\/\">www.env2.bqk-kos.org<\/a>, the platform of the CBK for Financial Education\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/edukimifinanciar.org\/\">http:\/\/edukimifinanciar.org<\/a>\u00a0or can contact us through\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@env2.bqk-kos.org\">info@env2.bqk-kos.org<\/a>.
