Decisions of the Executive Board of CBK on December 22, 2011

1. Executive Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo in the meeting held on December 22, 2011 rendered the decision to register the "Fundway Mortgages LLC" as Non-Banking Financial Institution.

2. Executive Board of the Central Bank of Republic of Kosovo in the meeting held on December 22, 2011 rendered the decision to approve the ultimate license for "Sigal Uniqa Group Austria l.t.d" to establish Life Insurance Company.

3. Executive Board of the Central Bank of Republic of Kosovo in the meeting held on December 22, 2011 rendered the decision for registration of "Mani" as a foreign exchange office.
