Meeting No. 21/2012,   August 27, 2012

1.    The Executive Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo in its meeting held on August 27, 2012 adopted following decisions:

•    approval of the request of IC "Sigal Uniqa Group Austria" Ltd branch in Kosovo to become independent company "Sigal Uniqa Group Austria" Ltd Kosovo.
•    withdrawal of the registration of "Fundway Mortgages LLC" as a non-banking financial institution.
