The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo in its  sixty-first meeting held on November 9, 2012, took the following decisions: 
 
            •   Adopted the Rule on Licensing of foreign banks and branches
• Adopted the Regulation on the establishment of representative offices inside and outside the Republic of Kosovo
• Adopted the Regulation on the opening and closing of banks branches and subsidiaries inside and outside the Republic of Kosovo  
• Adopted the Regulation on bank mergers and acquisitions
• Adopted the Regulation on disclosure of information by banks
• Adopted the Regulation on external audit of banks
• Adopted the Regulation on the banks reporting to the CBK
• Adopted the Regulation on credit risk management
• Adopted the Regulation on consolidated supervision of banking groups
• Adopted the Regulation on internal controls and internal audit
• Adopted the Regulation on Real estate and fixed assets holding limitations
• Adopted the Regulation on the foreign exchange activities
• Adopted the Regulation on Capital equivalency deposits for foreign bank branches
• Adopted the Regulation on Directors and senior management of banks
• Adopted the Regulation on Large exposures
