The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo in its  sixty-first meeting held on November 29, 2012, took the following decisions:  
•         Appointed Mr. Sejdi Rexhepi as a Chairman of the Central Bank Board 
•         Approved completion of the Regulation on Large Exposures 
•         Approved Regulation on Liquidity Risk Management 
•         Approved Regulation  on  Operational Risk Management 
•         Approved Regulation  on Bank Capital Adequacy
•         Approved Regulation  on Changes in Capital Accounts
•         Approved Regulation  on Lending to Related Parties 
•         Approved Regulation  on Effective Interest Rate and Disclosure Requirements
