                                              No 24, dated   March 31 , 2010
Based on the implementation of the Law No 03 / L-074, dated 05 June 2008 on "The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo", the CBK Governing Board in its  24th meeting approved the following: 
 
                                                          Decisions:
Decision 8 / 2010: Board approved the request of Liquidator of Credit Bank of Pristina in liquidation for the “one-off” reimbursement of deposits up to 5.000,00 Euro.
 
                         This decision shall enter into force on April 01 ,  2010

Based on the implementation of the Law No 03 / L-074, dated 05 June 2008 on "The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo", the CBK Governing Board in its  24th meeting approved the following: 
                                                            Decisions:

Decisions from the 25th meeting of the Governing Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, held on April 8, 2010:

• Decision 9 / 2010: Board approved the completion of the process of the temporary administration of IC "Dardania" and appointed Mr. Faton Bajrami as the company adviser  for the period from April 8, 2010 to May 31, 2010.

                              This decision shall enter into force on April 09 ,  2010
